Scruffy
Scruffy is the perfect "mutt!" This a adorable 3-to-5 year old male terrier mix has crazy, wiry fur and a cute, curly tail. He was surrendered by his owners because they are moving (and didn't take Scruffy with them!). He is affectionate and is already housebroken. Scruffy is used to an active household, as he used to live with three cats and several children. We'd say he's a very diplomatic kind of guy! Scruffy solicits attention very well and has good leash manners. To adopt or foster Scruffy, come to the ACCT shelter at 111 W. Hunting Park in Philadelphia (open 7 days a week!).
