Oscar (A09149765) is a handsome, chubby rust-colored Golden Retriever/Shepherd mix, around 5 years old. Poor Oscar ended up at the shelter because his owner died. Oscar misses him so much and he's incredibly depressed at the shelter -- he doesn't understand what's going on or why he's there! He is friendly, with his goofy underbite and funny fat rolls. Oscar knows "sit" and loves to explore the office. To foster or adopt Oscar, go to the ACCT shelter (open 7 days a week!) at 111 W. Hunting Park in Philadelphia.
